  • Turkish roll
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 2 Happy Chicken Eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 brown onion
  • Parsley
  • Dollop of tomato relish
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper


Heat butter in a pan. Caramelise sliced onions.

Add bacon and fry to liking. Set aside.

Whisk Happy Chicken Eggs and milk together with chopped parsley. Pour into a heated pan. Stir eggs continually until set and fried to your liking.

Cut turkish roll in half. Toast both roll halves and spread butter on top.

Arrange the bacon, onion, and eggs on the toasted roll.

Add a dollop tomato relish and top with crumbled feta.
